PLANNED VS ACTUAL
Monthly category limits
Budgets are specific to the selected month. A new month starts with no limits until you set them.
YOUR PATH TO MORTGAGE FREEDOM
Mortgage Freedom Planner
Log real payments, watch your balance fall, and try alternative payments without changing your actual plan.
QUICK PAYMENT LOG
Record a mortgage payment
Use this whenever money actually leaves your bank for your mortgage. Saving here updates your real records.
ACTUAL PAYMENTS
Payment history
Each saved payment is part of your Activity records and reduces the mortgage once. Use Edit to fix a mistake.
PAYOFF PROGRESS
Where you'll be each month
Projection assumes no future interest or fees unless explicitly accounted for. Payments already logged use their principal amounts.
JUST EXPERIMENTING — NOTHING IS SAVED
What if I paid more?
Changing the amount below will not change your 7,000 PLN plan or your recorded mortgage payments.
DEBT CONTROL
What's still outstanding
For your mortgage payment history and payoff calculator, use the Mortgage tab. Enter opening balances as of 1 September 2026. For newer debt, enter its starting balance and only record payments afterward. Credit card purchases add to its balance.
Trading by month
Record deposits and withdrawals as transfers; record gains or losses separately. Returns are entered manually, not live brokerage prices.
YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CONTROL
Back up your data
All records are saved in your private Supabase database when a save succeeds. You can additionally export a full JSON snapshot or transactions CSV.
Keep downloaded backups in a secure location. They are not encrypted. Free Supabase projects do not include automatic daily database backups.
Restore a JSON snapshot
Import only backups made by this app. Existing records with the same IDs are updated; other records are retained.
